Description
Mod Moves design was inspired by the Modern Quilt era. My sister, Rita Guzzard and I thought it would be fun to create a Modern looking quilt via the embroidery machine. The blocks are “Pieced in the Hoop” and “Quilted in the Hoop”. The trimmed blocks are assembled via Joining Strips.
Mod Move consists of 5 different blocks and 2 sizes to be “pieced and quilted in the hoop” for embroidery machines. Blocks 1 – 4 will finish as a square and for many of the projects will be positioned “On Point”. Block 5 will be trimmed into 2 triangle blocks to be used as a “filler” block in the On Point setting. Pattern includes information to create a variety of projects such as Placemat, Table Runner, Wall Hanging, Tote Bag and large quilts with border
